OBLIGATIONS OF SHIPOWNER/COMPANY (STAKEHOLDERS)
Managers of Ship/Company are expected to comply with all provisions of the Marine Environment Protection Conventions of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) to which Nigeria is a signatory and also, the National regulations that apply to his/her Ship/company being implemented by the Agency.
